In 2015 I watched Pride from a top floor flat on the seafront. That year the parade was delayed due to a potential bomb scare (which turned out to be a pin hole camera apparently?)
The parade of course was not cancelled or postponed, but went ahead on a slightly edited route- a metaphor perhaps for the resilience and adaptability of the LGBTQIA+ community.
The flyer contains information about meetings, support services and social events organised by The Clare Project, a transgender support and social group, and documents the development of the organisation from 2000 to 2018.
